Father's Day Brunch & Dinner at Faustina
Forget the ugly ties and burned hamburgers this year. What could be better than treating Dad to a nice brunch on a beautiful patio while someone else does the cooking and the dishes? Faustina will offer a Father's Day for Brunch on Sunday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will also be open for dinner starting at 4:30 p.m.
Faustina's chefs excel at taking traditional brunch items and putting their creative spin on them. Their signature creations round out a solid brunch menu consisting of sides and starters, salads, imaginative egg dishes, deliciously sweet breakfast breads and innovative sandwiches. Highlights include decadent cinnamon swirl pancakes with cream cheese glaze; brie puff pastry with roasted red grapes and a seasonal berry compote; Faustina Benedict with polenta, local Italian sausage, grilled tomato, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served with house made breakfast potatoes; and the famous Faustina Scramble with artisan lamb sausage, roasted pepper medley, Asiago cheese and scrambled eggs served with a French baguette.
